1. Working principle
Wax cutting machines usually use a motor to drive the cutter head to rotate. The cutter head is equipped with sharp blades, and the wax block is fixed in a specific position. With the rotation of the cutter head, the blades cut the wax block, thereby processing it into the required wax pieces or chips.

Easy to operate: The device structure is relatively simple, generally only requiring the wax block to be fixed and the motor to be started for wax cutting operation, making it easy to get started.

Taking the MLP-180x180-380 wax cutting machine as an example, it uses 380V AC power, has an installed power of 2.2kW, a working pressure of 0.4-0.6MPa, a working space of 180x180x380mm, a cutterhead speed of 740r/min, a maximum yield of 400kg/h, an external dimension of 1650 × 500 × 1300mm, and a weight of 180kg.
4. Application Fields
(1) Precision casting: The wax slices cut by the wax cutting machine are delicate, and the wax paste generated by mixing with wax water is uniform and particle free. The surface quality of the wax mold produced is good, the size shrinkage is uniform, and it is easy to control. It is an important equipment for precision casting wax mold production in water glass technology.
(2) Candle making: Wax blocks can be cut into suitable shapes and sizes for subsequent melting and shaping, improving the efficiency and quality of candle making.
