1. Heating circulation system: composed of heating device, circulating water pump, pipeline, etc., responsible for heating water and circulating hot water in the equipment interlayer to achieve constant temperature control of wax material.
2. Storage and mixing system: including a storage bucket and a mixing mechanism. The storage bucket is mostly made of stainless steel material, and the mixing mechanism is composed of a motor and mixing blades to ensure uniform mixing of the wax material.
3. Injection system: usually equipped with a piston pump, suitable for injecting high viscosity, easily solidified wax materials and other materials, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of wax injection.
4. Control system: composed of PLC controller, temperature sensor, pressure sensor, etc., it can achieve precise control and adjustment of parameters such as temperature, pressure, injection speed, etc. Some equipment also has a human-machine interface for easy operation and parameter setting.
