1、 Basic principles
By using an electric heating device to heat the heat transfer medium (such as water or heat transfer oil) inside the dual cylinder, the temperature control system stabilizes the medium temperature within the low temperature range of 30-110 ℃. The thermal conductive medium melts the wax material inside the double cylinder through thermal conduction and maintains a constant temperature, preventing the wax material from deteriorating or solidifying due to high or low temperatures. Subsequently, under the action of the pressure regulating system, the melted wax material is precisely injected into the mold through dual nozzles or injection mechanisms, completing the wax injection molding operation. Some devices also support secondary pressurization function, which can effectively avoid wax mold shrinkage and improve molding quality.
2、 Core structure
1. Dual cylinder heating system: Adopting a double layered stainless steel cylinder body, the inner layer is filled with thermal conductive medium, and the outer layer is wrapped with insulation material to reduce heat loss. The heating elements are mostly stainless steel seamless tubes, which are corrosion-resistant and have a long service life, ensuring uniform and stable temperature of the wax material inside the dual cylinder.
2. Temperature control system: equipped with high-precision temperature controller and secondary temperature controller, the temperature control range is usually 30-110 ℃, and the temperature accuracy can reach ± 0.1-0.5 ℃. Some equipment adopts PLC+touch screen control, which can monitor and adjust the temperature in real time to prevent wax material from overheating and deterioration.
3. Pressure regulation system: equipped with pressure regulator and safety valve, the maximum injection pressure can reach 0-10MPa, supporting single-stage or multi-stage pressure selection, and can also achieve secondary pressurization to meet the wax injection pressure requirements of different molds.
4. Injection and mold adaptation structure: Dual nozzle design (diameter mostly between 6-9mm), wax injection speed of about 3-8ml/s, nozzle can be adjusted up, down, left, and right to adapt to different sizes of molds. The mold usage space is flexible, with some equipment molds having a space of up to 460 × 430 × 500mm and supporting automatic or manual mode switching.
3、 Significant features
1. Efficient dual cylinder parallel operation: The dual cylinder structure can simultaneously process wax materials or alternate operations, reducing waiting time and improving production efficiency, especially suitable for mass production scenarios.
2. Precise temperature control and high-quality molding: Low temperature control prevents wax material from deteriorating, high-precision temperature control and pressure adjustment keep wax mold shrinkage rate within 0.5%, low scrap rate, and stable molding quality.
3. Strong safety and adaptability: equipped with pressure safety valves and overheating protection devices, with a high operating safety factor; The nozzle can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to different sizes and types of molds, and supports multiple operation modes such as automatic and manual.
4. Easy to clean and maintain: The surface of the stainless steel or aluminum alloy cylinder body is smooth, and the heat transfer medium (such as heat transfer oil) can be replaced regularly. Some equipment cylinders can be quickly disassembled and cleaned, with low maintenance costs.
