1、 Basic principles
The equipment first heats the wax material to a suitable temperature through a heating system to soften it, and the stirring system thoroughly stirs the wax material to form a uniform state; Subsequently, the pneumatic or hydraulic system provides pressure to accurately inject the evenly mixed wax material into the mold cavity through the wax injection device, while maintaining the temperature stability of the wax material through the temperature control system to ensure the quality of wax mold forming.
2、 Core structure
1. Wax storage bucket: It is often made of stainless steel material with a large capacity (such as 120L), which can store sufficient wax materials and also has a certain pressure bearing capacity, providing a stable pressure foundation for wax injection.
2. Mixing system: composed of a motor, mixing blades, etc. The motor drives the mixing blades to rotate, and the speed can be set according to the requirements (such as 860r/min) to ensure uniform mixing of the wax material.
3. Heating and temperature control system: including electric heating device, temperature sensor, and temperature control instrument, etc. The heating method is commonly electric heating, and the temperature control range is generally between 30-80 ℃. It can automatically adjust the temperature to keep the wax material in a suitable state.
4. Pneumatic system: composed of manual directional valve, oil and air filtration device, plug-in quick connector, micro muffler, flow regulating valve, etc., it provides suitable injection pressure (such as 0.4MPa) to the wax storage tank, ensuring smooth wax transportation and injection, and has the characteristics of low noise and adjustable flow rate.
5. Wax conveying and injection device: including wax conveying pipes, wax injection nozzles, and other components, which transport and inject the evenly mixed wax material in the wax storage tank into the mold.
6. Safety protection device: When the pressure exceeds the rated pressure, the safety protection device will automatically activate to avoid safety accidents.
7. Workbench: Some equipment is equipped with dual station workbenches, which are relatively independent and can be operated simultaneously or separately to improve production efficiency. High quality materials are often used for workbenches to ensure stable operation.
