1、 Basic principles
The wax material is softened to a suitable temperature through a heating system, while the wax mixing mechanism rotates at high speed. The friction and pressure between the screw and the wax material generate a temperature rise, which mixes and squeezes the block shaped wax material into a uniform paste. During the mixing process, the temperature is maintained stable through an insulation system to avoid temperature fluctuations affecting the quality of the wax material.
2、 Core structure
1. Inner liner: It is often made of materials such as 304 stainless steel to prevent impurities (such as iron ions) from being introduced into the wax, ensuring the purity of the wax material. Different models have different volumes, and commonly come in specifications such as 60L and 120L.
2. Heating insulation layer: Heating methods include electric heating, oil heating, etc. The insulation layer is commonly made of materials such as aluminum silicate cotton to reduce heat loss and achieve precise temperature control. The temperature control range is generally between 30-80 ℃.
3. Wax mixing mechanism: It is mostly a motor direct connection structure, which runs smoothly and has low noise. The mixing speed can be set according to the needs, with common speeds such as 1400RMin, to ensure that the wax material is fully and evenly mixed.
4. Electronic control system: equipped with two-level protection devices, realizing functions such as adjustable temperature display and overload protection, to enhance the safety of equipment operation.
5. Flip mechanism: Some equipment is equipped with a reducer flip mechanism or a manual transfer mechanism, which facilitates the quick and safe transfer of the prepared wax paste to the next process.
6. Bracket: Made of high-quality carbon steel and other materials, it supports the main body of the equipment to ensure stable operation.
