1、 Working principle
The working principle of different types of rapid mixing machines varies slightly. In the field of food processing, such as Dinghan Machinery's rapid pulping machine, the material is subjected to shearing, squeezing, and flipping through specially designed angle stirring blades, thereby achieving uniform stirring and mixing, and also giving the product a chewy texture. In the fields of construction, water conservancy and other engineering, rapid mixing machines are usually driven by vertical motors, which drive high-speed centrifugal pump impellers or high-speed axial flow blades to rotate through a rotating shaft, generating high-speed liquid flow and forming strong eddies in the bucket, fully and evenly mixing materials such as cement and bentonite with water, and quickly producing slurry.
2、 Main features
1. Fast mixing speed: For example, the GZJ-600 high-speed pulping machine has an impeller speed of up to 1440 revolutions per minute, and the pulping speed is fast, taking less than two minutes.
2. High mixing uniformity: The high-speed rotating blades have a serrated shape and high shear force, which can tear and crush solid group fluids for highly dispersed mixing, making the slurry uniform and sufficient, without clumping or fisheye effect.
3. Easy to operate: Some fast mixing machines have visual touch screen operation, can preset mixing time and other parameters, and the equipment structure is simple and easy to maintain.
4. Strong adaptability: After setting up stepless speed regulation, some rapid mixing machines can adjust the mixing intensity according to changes in material characteristics, water volume, dosage, etc., to achieve satisfactory mixing effect.
