
1、 Working principle
Firstly, mix the ceramic powder evenly with the binder to produce an injection material with good flowability. Then, the injection material is fed into the barrel of the fully automatic ceramic injection machine, and the injection material inside the barrel is heated to reach the appropriate molding temperature. Next, under the high-pressure push of the injection piston, the injection material is rapidly injected into the mold cavity, forming a ceramic blank (green part) of the desired shape. Finally, the formed ceramic body is subjected to subsequent treatments such as degreasing and sintering to remove the binder and densify the ceramic particles, resulting in the final ceramic product.
2、 Structural composition
1. Injection system: including components such as material cylinder, screw, injection piston, etc. Its function is to uniformly heat and plasticize ceramic injection material, and inject it into the mold cavity at high pressure and speed.
2. Mold closing system: used to achieve the opening and closing action of the mold, as well as provide sufficient mold closing force during the injection process to prevent the mold from expanding and ensure the molding accuracy of ceramic products. Common mold clamping systems include hydraulic, mechanical, and hybrid hydraulic mechanical systems.
3. Mold system: It is a key component that determines the shape and size of ceramic products, consisting of an upper mold, a lower mold, and related cooling and heating devices. The accuracy and quality of molds directly affect the appearance and performance of ceramic products.
4. Control system: Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) or other advanced control technologies are usually used to accurately control various parameters such as actions, temperature, pressure, speed, etc. of the injection machine to ensure the stability of the production process and consistency of product quality.
5. Heating and cooling system: The heating system is used to heat the barrel and mold to the desired molding temperature, while the cooling system is used to cool the mold after injection molding for rapid demolding and improved production efficiency.
