1、 Structural composition
1. Rack: It is the main supporting structure of the equipment, which is equipped with hydraulic and pneumatic systems inside, providing installation foundation and power support for other components.
2. Wax injection device: Driven by a cylinder and fine tuned by a handwheel, it can achieve six degrees of freedom of movement and accurately inject wax into the mold.
3. Wax cylinder: driven by hydraulic pressure, including pipeline connection parts, limit plates, wax cylinder fixing rods, wax cylinder fixing plates and other components, used for storing and transporting wax liquid.
4. Control box: installed on the top of the molding device, used to control the operating parameters of the equipment, such as wax temperature, wax injection time, air pressure, etc., to ensure precise control of the wax injection process.
5. Wax storage tank: used to store a large amount of wax liquid, providing a continuous supply of wax liquid to the wax tank.
6. Die pressing device: driven by a cylinder, including die pressing cylinder, die fixing plate, die fixing column, driving rod, die pressing plate, fixing buckle, positioning rod, etc., used to fix the mold and ensure the stability of the mold during the wax injection process.
2、 Working principle
The operator places the mold on the workbench and fixes it to the positioning plate through the positioning hole. Then, press the operation button, and the pressing plate of the pressing device moves downward under the drive of the pressing cylinder, pressing the mold tightly. The wax injection head of the wax injection device is aligned with the wax injection hole of the mold under the drive of the cylinder and the fine adjustment of the handwheel. The wax cylinder is driven by hydraulic pressure to deliver the wax liquid to the wax injection head. The wax injection head injects the wax liquid into the mold cavity under the action of air pressure. After the wax liquid cools and solidifies, the mold pressing device rises to remove the wax mold.
3、 Main features
1. Efficiency: Simultaneous operation of dual workstations can greatly improve production efficiency and reduce production cycles.
2. High precision: The six degree of freedom movement and precise positioning system of the wax injection device can ensure the accuracy of wax injection and improve the accuracy of wax molds.
3. Safety: Using air pressure as the power source, the device has a simple and lightweight structure, and the movement status of the pressure template is determined by cutting magnetic induction lines through wires. When abnormalities are detected, the power can be cut off in a timely manner to protect the safety of operators and molds.
4. Stability: The wax cylinder is connected to the pipeline connection and the wax cylinder fixing rod through a limit plate, which can limit its own vibration during operation and extend the service life of the equipment. At the same time, the three column support mold device provides a large operating space and stable support.
