1. This machine effectively utilizes the surplus steam from the dewaxing kettle, and after pressure reduction treatment, the temperature of the slurry steam is reduced to a temperature suitable for dehydrating the wax water mixture. The comprehensive utilization of steam heat energy has a significant energy-saving and emission reduction effect.
2. After dewaxing, the wax water mixture is first subjected to cyclone separation of particulate matter, automatic water discharge, and rapid umbrella shaped film circulation heat exchange, ultimately achieving rapid evaporation of moisture in the wax water mixture. With a processing capacity of 1.5 tons/unit/shift (8 hours), it can fully match the synchronous operation of the dewaxing kettle, and can replace at least 4-5 traditional dehydration tanks, with significant optimization effects.
3. The design of this machine is reasonable, the structure is compact, the footprint is small, and the operation is convenient, which has significantly improved the working environment of wax treatment.
