1、 Main structural features
1. Single station C-type cylinder free hydraulic wax injection machine 16-40T 1, CB-Y type is a C-type mold closing mechanism, with ice water interfaces reserved for both the closing template and the lower plate. These design structures have added a cooling water circulation plate under the auxiliary workbench to ensure that the overall temperature of the mold is not too high and to improve the forming quality of wax parts.
2. The rear injection nozzle mechanism can be freely adjusted in both vertical and horizontal dimensions to facilitate flexible use with molds of different sizes.
3. Each workstation is equipped with an oil circulation cooling and temperature equalization insulation system, ensuring that the temperature accuracy of the wax injected from the nozzle is controlled within ± 0.5 ℃. At the same time, the heat required for system insulation is obtained from the hot liquid wax, greatly reducing the operating energy consumption of the equipment.
4. Electrical control has dual functions of manual and automatic, ensuring easy operation and stable execution of process parameters. Even if there are simple automatic operation failures, manual operation can be used without delaying work progress.
5. All use hydraulic drag to ensure smooth and reliable operation of the equipment. The clamping, extrusion, and waxing pressures are all freely adjustable, and the CB-Y type allows for two-stage variable pressure control of injection pressure to adapt to the alternating use of multiple types of molds.
6. The design concept of this device is entirely derived from the design ideas of IMB in the United States and Yiying Company in Taiwan.
2、 Configuration Description
1. Electrical components: Chint or Schneider, PLC programmers use Taiwan's Delta series, and proximity switch series components use Japan's Omron.
2. Hydraulic system: The hydraulic valve is from Taiwan Oil Research Institute; Hydraulic motor for Taiwan Qunce; The hydraulic pump is from Taiwan Oilfield; The circulating motor pump is from Taiwan Weiliang; The cylinder seal is made of Japanese NOK; The oil cylinder is from Jinan Yuci Branch.
3. The host is welded from a δ 25 hot plate, and the inner layer of the wax box is welded from a 304 stainless steel plate. The wax cooling system is welded from three layers of pipes, and all the wax conveying pipes are pickled and phosphated.
