The intelligent water and slag removal integrated dewaxing kettle is a specialized equipment developed by our company in combination with multiple advanced technologies at home and abroad for shell dewaxing, water removal, and filtration in the precision casting industry. This product combines advanced technology with the actual production situation of precision casting in China, and changes the structure and principle of traditional electric steam dewaxing kettle. On the basis of ensuring the dewaxing effect of the shell, it realizes the process of direct water and slag removal.
This product uses a unique compressed air forced injection technology to change the heating method of the traditional dewaxing kettle, achieving rapid and complete separation of wax and water during normal dewaxing. The separated wax liquid is used in conjunction with a dedicated rapid dewater, completely solving the traditional problem of mixing and removing water.
The slag removal process is divided into two steps:
Step 1: 100 mesh slag removal in the kettle: This product is different from the traditional sieve direct filtration method. The filtration of impurities is automatically completed by a set of intelligent and efficient high-temperature and high-pressure pulse filtration system in the dewaxing kettle. Under the action of high-pressure positive and negative pulses, the filtration is achieved while ensuring that the filter screen will not easily clog. There is no need to frequently clean and replace the filter screen, which can achieve efficient slag removal of large particles.
The second step is to remove slag from the 300 mesh pipeline outside the kettle: pulse type high-efficiency multi filter cartridge high-precision high-pressure slag removal. Automation and Intelligence
This dewaxing kettle is equipped with an advanced intelligent monitoring system. The microcomputer will monitor and alarm each monitoring point in real time, and achieve precise control of each action. One click start. And under the control of safety programs, if the kettle door is not completely closed, the program cannot be started, avoiding safety issues caused by human factors. And all parameter values are monitored by a 10 inch color touch screen, with simple parameter settings and clean screens, achieving automation and intelligence in the dewaxing process.
The intelligent steam dewaxing kettle with high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection has excellent energy-saving effects. With a series of efficient energy-saving measures, the energy-saving rate reaches 70%, greatly reducing production costs compared to traditional dewaxing and water removal methods. And the use of intelligent steam dewaxing kettle also reduces the amount of equipment used, eliminating the need for specialized wax water removal equipment in the past, saving usage costs while also saving a lot of space. And because there is no traditional long-term high-temperature water removal process, it can effectively slow down the aging of wax and avoid environmental pollution caused by long-term high-temperature water removal in the past, which is both energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
Note: This product is our second-generation product and is industry-leading. Solved the disadvantage of the first generation product requiring a long preheating time for the first furnace shell, with more thorough water removal, more ideal slag removal, and more energy-saving and environmentally friendly. It is currently the ideal product for medium temperature wax dewaxing.
