2、 Working principle
Large scale waxing machines usually use indirect heating, consisting of a double layered structure. Water or thermal oil is added to the inner layer as the thermal medium, and an electric heater heats the thermal medium. By adjusting the temperature controller to set the desired temperature, the thermal medium transfers heat to the solid wax in the wax cylinder, causing it to melt. The outer layer is filled with insulation material to provide thermal insulation and reduce heat loss.
