1、 Product Features
An electric furnace is mainly composed of a furnace body, a trolley and trolley traction mechanism, a furnace door and clamping device, heating elements, and a control system.
1. The furnace frame is made of welded steel sections and plates, with a sturdy structure. The furnace lining is a full fiber structure with a bulk density of ≥ 220kg/m3. It adopts a scientific and reasonable installation method, with good air tightness and energy-saving effect.
2. The trolley is welded with high-quality hot-rolled plates, and a high-temperature heat-resistant steel furnace bottom plate made of 2520 material is laid on top of the furnace lining. A new type of buckle is used to prevent the oxide scale of the workpiece from falling into the heating element. The trolley travels in a wheel type manner with a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which ensures stable travel and accurate positioning.
3. The trolley and furnace body are sealed with electric push rods, and the furnace door lifting is powered by an electric hoist. The furnace body and the surrounding area of the furnace door are wrapped with heat-resistant cast iron to prevent high-temperature deformation.
4. This device is equipped with five sided heating, and the heating element is made of HRE alloy tape wound into a corrugated shape, which is reliable and durable.
5. Control system: The electrical components are made of well-known brands, with automatic temperature control and PID zero crossing triggering solid-state modules. The intelligent program instrument of Shimada Electric controls the Hangzhou Pangu paperless recorder for recording and high temperature control accuracy. The furnace temperature is stable, the temperature fluctuation is small, and there is an over temperature sound and light alarm function.
6. The operation of this temperature control system adopts interlocking (protective) control for the entry and exit of the trolley, the lifting of the furnace door, and the on/off of the heating element, ensuring the safe use of the electric furnace.
