1、 Working principle
1. Loading: Molten liquid materials (such as polymers, caprolactam, paraffin, pesticide intermediates, etc.) flow through a trough or nozzle and onto the surface of a uniformly rotating metal drum with cooling water (usually cold or frozen water) inside.
2. Cooling molding: The material is rapidly cooled and solidified on the surface of the drum, forming a uniform thin film.
3. Stripping: When the drum rotates to a certain position, a scraper (made of hard material such as tungsten carbide) fixed next to the drum accurately scrapes the solidified thin film off the surface of the drum.
4. Collection: Sheet products are sent out through conveyor belts or screw conveyors and packaged or entered into the next process.

The thickness of the sheet-like product is uniform (which can be controlled by adjusting the liquid flow rate and drum speed).
The product has a large specific surface area and is easy to dissolve, package, and transport in the future.
