1、 Structural composition
1. Bucket body: It is the main body of the mixing bucket, generally in the shape of a flat bottomed bucket, made of materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, etc., with certain strength and corrosion resistance.
2. Blender: including mixing blades and shafts, with blade shapes including fan-shaped, turbine shaped, spiral shaped, etc. Different shaped blades are suitable for different mixing needs.
3. Drive device: usually composed of an electric motor, a reducer, and a transmission device, used to drive the mixer to rotate.
4. Other accessories: such as thermometers, level gauges, feed ports, discharge ports, etc., can be configured according to actual needs.
2、 Working principle
When the mixing bucket is working, the electric motor drives the impeller to rotate through the triangular belt transmission device, causing the material in the bucket to produce convection, shear, and turbulent motion under the action of the impeller, thereby achieving sufficient mixing and stirring of the material.
3、 Characteristics
1. Good sealing performance: The structure is compact, with small internal gaps, and a dust blocking plate is installed at the feeding port to prevent debris and dust from entering.
2. Uniform mixing: The design of the mixing blades is reasonable, with a large contact area with the medium, which can ensure uniform mixing of the material.
3. Easy to adjust: Some mixing buckets have multiple rows of nozzles, with even and adjustable water flow, making it easy to operate.
