1、 Basic principles
The equipment rotates at high speed through the impeller at the bottom, causing the powder raw materials in the cylinder to produce vortex like rolling motion, achieving uniform mixing of dry materials; Subsequently, adhesive is added and the impeller continues to stir to allow the material to fully contact the adhesive, forming a moist soft material; At the same time, high-speed shredders on the side or bottom of the cylinder block cut the soft material into uniformly sized particles. Throughout the entire process, the stirring speed of the impeller and the rotational speed of the chopper can be precisely adjusted to control the particle size and density, ultimately completing the integrated operation of mixing and granulation.
2、 Core structure
1. Mixing granulation cylinder: It is often made of stainless steel material and has a dome shape or horizontal cylindrical shape. The inner wall is smooth and easy to clean, avoiding material residue. The cylinder volume varies from 10L to 600L, suitable for different batch production needs.
2. Impeller mixing system: As the core power component, the impeller is usually a multi blade structure, installed at the bottom of the cylinder body, and driven by a motor to rotate at high speed (usually 80-600rpm), pushing the material to form efficient mixing motion. The impeller height and angle of some devices can be adjusted to adapt to different material characteristics.
3. High speed shredding device: The shredding blade is installed on the side or bottom of the cylinder body, with a speed of up to 1500-3000rpm, which can quickly cut wet soft materials into uniform particles. The blade material of the chopper is mostly high-strength stainless steel, ensuring wear resistance and resistance to rust.
4. Transmission and sealing system: Adopting airtight shaft transmission to prevent material leakage and facilitate cleaning; Some devices can be switched to water sealed mode to improve cleaning convenience. The power of the transmission motor varies from 1.2kW to 30kW depending on the equipment model, ensuring sufficient power.
5. Control system: Equipped with a touch screen control panel, it can set and adjust parameters such as mixing speed, chopping speed, and working time in real time. Some high-end equipment adopts PLC control system, supports automated program operation, and can also record production data to meet industry standards such as GMP.
