This product overcomes the disadvantages of narrow space, poor adaptability, loud noise, and sand particle pulverization caused by the operation of the rotary sand shower, making the sand shower more suitable for the surface layer sand spraying process. It is a replacement product of the medium temperature mold material silica sol mold shell precision casting process. This equipment integrates environmental protection and energy saving, and is an ideal sand spraying equipment.
1. The diameter ranges from 1200mm to 1800mm, and the size can be designed according to specific customer requirements.
2. Sand evenly, adjustable flow rate, with manual/automatic control system.
When the shell making work is in automatic mode, the sanding system can automatically turn on and off when a control signal is issued.
4. The vibration frequency of the sieve plate can be adjusted, and the sieve plate is easy to remove during maintenance, cleaning, or replacement of the equipment.
5. Install an indoor dust removal system that adopts an internal circulation control method and does not affect the indoor environment.
6. The dust generated during work is uniformly controlled and managed by the shell making system, and necessary protective devices are installed.
