1、 Basic principles
The equipment forms a closed working space through a fully enclosed shell, and the mold conveyor automatically sends the castings to be processed into the shell; After the clamping device fixes the mold shell, vibrating components such as air picks vibrate the mold shell, causing it to break and fall off; At the same time, the air compressor blows and cleans the residual sand shell on the surface of the casting through the blowing tube, and the dust collection device synchronously collects the dust generated during the operation; The sound insulation structure weakens the noise generated by vibration, ultimately completing the cleaning of the casting mold shell and ensuring a clean working environment.
2、 Core structure
1. Closed shell system: It usually consists of an outer shell layer, a support frame, a sealing layer, and a sound-absorbing layer from the outside to the inside. Some of the front and rear sides of the shell are equipped with work doors with sealing strips, which are controlled to open and close by an opening cylinder to ensure complete sealing during operation, reducing noise leakage and dust diffusion.
2. Conveying and clamping mechanism: including a mold shell conveyor (connected to the outlet and the inlet of the shell to achieve automatic conveying of the mold shell) and a clamping device (including two opposing clamping heads, driven by clamping cylinders to move, and can fix different sizes of mold shells; some clamping devices are equipped with rotating motors to drive the mold shell to rotate, and can be cleaned in all directions with blowing pipes).
3. Vibration cleaning system: The core consists of vibrating components such as wind picks, which use high-frequency vibration to break and detach the mold shell; Some devices are equipped with spring structures at the bottom of the workbench, which can increase the vibration amplitude of the mold shell and improve the cleaning effect of stubborn impurities.
4. Dust removal and blowing system: composed of an air compressor, blowing pipe, and dust collection device. The air compressor sprays air towards the center of the shell through the blowing pipe to blow away the residual sand shell of the casting; The vacuum cleaning device includes a vacuum tube, a dustpan, and a vacuum pump, which can quickly collect dust. The filter screen inside the dustpan can filter dust, and the check valve prevents dust from flowing back.
5. Electrical Control System: Equipped with an electrical control cabinet, some equipment is controlled by PLC+touch screen, which can set the shaking time and control the linkage of various components (such as automatic door closing, clamping, vibration, blowing, etc.), achieving one click automatic operation.

1. Outstanding environmental friendliness: The enclosed shell, combined with the sound-absorbing layer, significantly reduces noise, and the dust collection device collects dust in real time, solving the problems of high noise and dust pollution in traditional equipment, improving the working environment, and reducing occupational health risks such as pneumoconiosis and hearing loss.

Efficiency improvement: The mold shell is automatically transported without manual handling, and the clamping device rotates in conjunction with the blowing tube to complete casting cleaning in one go, without the need for secondary processing in the later stage; Some devices enhance the cleaning effect of stubborn impurities and further improve operational efficiency through the use of spring vibration increasing structures.
4. Easy to operate: The electronic control system supports automated control, and after setting parameters, the vibration shell process can be automatically completed. Products of the same type only need to adjust parameters once for batch operation, reducing the difficulty of operation.
