1、 Working principle
The cylinder free wax injection machine usually adopts the method of directly inputting the wax liquid from the stationary bucket into the wax injection machine, omitting the wax cylinder link in traditional wax injection machines. The wax in the wax bucket is extracted by the wax pressing mechanism, and then transported to the nozzle by the wax conveying mechanism. Under pressure, the wax liquid is injected into the mold cavity to complete the wax injection process.
2、 Main features
1. Process simplification: Adopting a wax free cylinder method, there is no need to let it sit in a wax insulation box for 24 hours. It can be directly input into the wax injection machine through a static barrel, which can save equipment, workers, and site, and shorten the precision casting production process.
2. Accurate temperature control: Equipped with a three-layer wax tube cooler, heated or cooled by hot kerosene or water, dual digital temperature control, can quickly cool the wax liquid from 85 ℃ to 55 ℃, with a temperature error of ± 0.5 ℃, fast cooling or heating insulation, easy control, and reliable performance.
3. Flexible nozzle adjustment: the nozzle can be adjusted up and down, left and right, front and back with the mold to facilitate alignment with the mold cavity and ensure accurate wax injection.
4. Pressure control optimization: Separate control of jet pressure and flow rate can achieve secondary intelligent pressurization, more effectively prevent wax mold shrinkage, and improve wax quality.
5. High degree of automation: Some cylinder free wax injection machines, such as the fully automatic 10T intelligent cylinder free wax injection machine, use PLC programming and human-machine dialogue to achieve intelligent processes such as mold closing, wax injection, pressure holding, mold opening, core pulling, and top mold. Parameters such as process temperature and wax injection time can be set freely, and there is an automatic product counting function. One person can operate multiple devices, greatly improving work efficiency and reducing labor intensity for personnel.

Taking the MMG10-2-16 model as an example, its clamping pressure is 16T, clamping stroke is 580mm, column size is 620mm, pressure plate width is 770mm, pressure plate depth is 550mm, wax storage tank capacity is 80L, one-time injection volume is 6L, injection pressure is 10-100Kg/cm ², power supply specification is 220/380 × 5P, heater power is 6Kw.
