1. Structure
Including dewaxing furnace, several filtering buckets, dewatering buckets, and several static buckets connected in sequence. The dewaxing furnace is connected to the filtering drum and the dewatering drum through pipelines. A first wax extraction pump is installed between the outer side of the bottom of the filtering drum and the dewatering drum, and a second wax extraction pump is installed between the outer side of the bottom of the dewatering drum and the stationary drum. There are several first automatic valves and manual valves connected from top to bottom between the filtering drums.
2. Working principle
The wax liquid in the dewaxing furnace enters the filtering bucket through the pipeline. After filtration, the wax liquid in the filtering bucket is pumped out into the de waxing bucket by the first wax pump, and then pumped out into the settling bucket by the second wax pump, achieving the recovery and treatment of the separated wax liquid.
