1. This machine integrates an electric steam generator, dewaxing kettle, and electromagnetic module for water removal, with a compact structure, easy operation, energy conservation, and cost reduction.
2. The dewaxing kettle adopts a double-layer gallbladder design scheme, as the outer gallbladder is in a high-pressure and high-temperature state for a long time during operation. The surface temperature inside the kettle is always maintained above 160 ℃, reducing the occurrence of distilled water and significantly reducing the water content in the wax water mixture.
3. This machine is equipped with a mechanical quick opening device and a safety interlock mechanism. When the pressure inside the kettle has not returned to zero, external force cannot open the kettle door. The unique internal control system realizes a series of automated operations such as pressure control, temperature control, automatic water replenishment, prevention of dry burning, and electric heating, ensuring safe production.
4. Reasonable intake pipe diameter design reduces the pressure rise time from 0 to 0.65Mpa to 5 seconds, ensuring that the shell will not crack due to slow heating.
5. Users can choose stainless steel or carbon steel material for the kettle body based on the product.
6. The electromagnetic module removes water with a moisture content of ≤ 0.5%, and a high-density cloth bag (which can be replaced regularly) filtration device is added. After standing, the ash content is ≤ 0.5%
7. This machine can be equipped with either an integrated steam kettle or an electromagnetic integrated steam kettle. If the former is selected, the following fast moisture evaporator can be selected.
